Agadir was almost completely destroyed by a strong earthquake in 1960 (1/3 of the population died). It was then rebuilt and is now a cosmopolitan city with almost 1 million inhabitants.
In many districts of the city there are more Europeans than Moroccans. On the beach promenade you almost feel like you are in the south of France.
The mild climate all year round makes this city extremely attractive for bathers from all over the world.
There is plenty to discover for young and old in this city.
sounds interesting – I’ll have to give it a try, thanks for the tip!
