Couscous

Couscous is the national dish of Morocco. In many households it is prepared every Friday. But a Moroccan friend likes to cook it for us on order whenever it is desired.

Couscous here is not just the “grain”, but it is the whole dish with meat and vegetables together.

By the way, in Derija couscous is called: Kesksu.
